Abolfazl Rajaiyan received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering in 2020, and the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering (Integrated Circuit Design) in 2022 from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Mashhad, Iran. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran. Mr. Abolfazl Rajaiyan's awards and honors include admission to the M.Sc. program at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad without entrance examinations as a talented student in Fall 2020, admission to the Ph.D. program at Sharif University of Technology without entrance examinations as a talented student in Fall 2022, achieving first rank among electrical engineering students at both Sharif University of Technology and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, and second place in the field of scientific research at the Khwarizmi Youth Festival, among other accolades. His research interests include hardware security, integrated circuits (ICs) design, RFIC, data converters, and IoT.
